About

We are basically a community of musicians that love to listen, play, and think about music. Primarily we are students at UC Santa Cruz, getting Graduate Degrees. Most of us are scientists and engineers in some form, who believe that our vocation can coexist with our passion for music.

Our vision is to see people interacting more with music, especially Jazz music; however, we also dabble in arranging tunes for special occaisions and try to find ways to create new and experimental projects (such as algorithmic music composition or original venue ideas).

We play for charity, money, food, and, most of all, fun.
